Frequently asked questions

Is the Quick Check really free?

Yes, for up to five distinct component order codes per request. Larger lists can be covered by a quoted full audit.

Which makes can I submit?

Primarily Siemens, Allen-Bradley/Rockwell, Omron and Mitsubishi. Other makes can be submitted, but information may be limited.

Does discontinued mean my machine must be replaced immediately?

No. A lifecycle change affects manufacturer support and procurement. Your installed system's production risk also depends on available spares, backups, redundancy and recovery arrangements.

What if I have only a photo of the label?

Send a clear photograph via WhatsApp or email info@automation-outlet.co.uk.

Will my details be shared with other factories?

No. Your enquiry is handled privately by AO. Marketing follow-ups are optional and separate from delivering your requested summary.

Is this a safety or compatibility assessment?

No. This is a desktop review based on supplied part numbers and published manufacturer information, not an on-site inspection, safety certification, proven replacement compatibility or guarantee of future supply.
